They excavate, build and demolish dungeons for dragons.
Every day you come to work and sit at a table around a map of the construction site. You and your coworkers then talk out how and where you’d put concrete, then roll dice to determine how well you did.
Personally I prefer LARP Concrete. They still don’t lay any concrete, but at least they come to the site to talk about it.
Make math rocks.
Most modern dungeons are stone veneer over concrete walls.
They, uh…“take care of” bad dice.
Also problem players. Like the ones that steal from other PCs, murderhobo, use meme threads as a “to do” list, and frequently say the words “It’s what my character would do.” You send those players here and they cease to be a problem.
They play in Spanish with players from a Greek island.
They cast fireball at the ground and make big holes.
They try to sell you a subscription fee for the dungeons they dug (and which you already paid for)
