Fucking zionists.
Fucking zionists.
It’s been more than 20y since the first time I remember sternly declining to give either a phone number or postal code to a cashier in a retail shop. It pissed me off then and still pissed me off now.
Even if you pay, you’ll still be tracked.
Buy a store display meant to show logos and menus. Something like these:

I haven’t evaluated any of them; I just know people talk about them being the only tv screens without smarts.
I hate this guy so much. Hope he gets run over by one of his shitty trucks in full self/driving mode. Best part is that they turn off FSD right before impact to absolve blame. Oh, poor guy got smooshed, but FSD wasn’t to blame.
You could file an issue on the service (hub / lab) asking the devs how they’d most appreciate the approach. Wish I had a better answer regarding the mechanics, but it might be appropriate to flag the maintainer regardless.
Which is why I said that I’m a purist. But whatever works, they’re both worth exploring. I got dug-in on my solution a decade ago and haven’t really had a reason to change once I learned it.
As I was thinking about this, I thought that I don’t use my pinky’s nearly as much as I’m finding that I do after a brief evaluation. Yes, go all in on learning to touch type with proper form. I also don’t use my pinkies for :q, however. Well, I used the pinky on my left for the shift key but the ring finger on my right to type the colon.
Lonnie is a liar. TLDR.
There is a correct answer to the question. It’s a math problem.
Linode, Digital Ocean. I’ve worked with both in the past, but that was years ago so I don’t know how things are now.
I just tried it out using the same search string that I’d, just prior, run on the goog:
how many permutations of 9 digit number
Results were not encouraging.
I meant general computer backups, I just had trouble phrasing it correctly. As in, you and I probably didn’t backup our computers properly until we lost something. That’s how most of us get into backups. Similar here.
Agreed. You fucked up and now hopefully you learned from it. The reason any of us have (typical local) backups is because we lost data, whether a little or a lot. This is no different.
Get a barebones mini-PC (no OS so you aren’t paying for a wasted license) to install Linux. Bring questions to the community (after doing your due diligence to show that you put in some effort on your own by asking questions that show that you’re trying). People are generally pretty willing to help out. Start with figuring out which distro is the right fit for you. Check out r/homelab and other homelab resources.
If all this is too overwhelming, take other advice from someone who makes a better pitch than I did. Good luck and welcome to the hobby that is known to take over your free time and money in a deeply enjoyable way. Cheers!
Buy a retail display screen. Totally dumb.
Yeah, but SMS and MMS and RCS aren’t protected. This was about a secure messaging platform, not the most available platform.
I have no need. iMessage is good enough, I don’t talk about anything illicit, I am not planning crimes.
Looks interesting. Marked it for exploration. Too many cool projects to explore and not enough time!
