Any chance of bricking a drive with libredrive?
EDIT: My drive isn’t supported anyway. Thanks, though.

I poked around and found the solution to the issue in the MakeMKV forums probably just as you posted this. Thank you.
I guess I could have included that. It’s just a generic muti-error output stating it couldn’t find any files or that the source may be copyright protected - something I figured libdvdcss was supposed to work around.
Hmm…gave that a try just now and it said the version was too old (? odd, it was the latest listed) and asked for a registration…
Not sure what I did incorrectly, but that was the route I started on before looking for other ways to backup my collection… I dropped the libdvdcss in my Handbrake directory as was suggested on other sites, but Handbrake throws an error every time.
Well, one is used as a massive government data collection tool, another does the same thing for private corporations and is profitable.
Profit. That’s why many refuse to make it standard.
I tried to spread it out. I don’t know if Ike was pro-civil rights, but he was certainly an advocate of investing in the country. His battleship speech certainly made him seem like an advocate of social programs.
Most republicans prior to Reagan are more like today’s liberals. They did things like make national parks, codify civil rights, and invest in social programs. Today’s liberals are trying to do what those republicans did - save natural lands, implement social programs, and enhance rights for people.
That said, just because a liberal does some things a conservative might approve of doesn’t make them a Republican, nor would the inverse be true.
One of the biggest walled gardens around. Also, they treat users like they’re stupid. No, you can’t do anything with your hardware or software that we don’t want you to. No, you can’t fix it, either. Windows/Linux you’re free to break shit, change whatever you want (not always for windows), repair a system you build yourself, etc. And I despise apple’s perceived “status” and premium pricing. We joke about #pcmasterrace, but there’s some weird social cache around messaging and even dating where you have to have an iPhone to participate. Tf is wrong with people.
If I remember this study it required a formulated liquid for “feeding” the good bacteria that kept away the bad bacteria. Not sure what came of it.
Edit: not the same. Getting my studies mixed up. This is the one I was thinking of, it’s a mouthwash to get rid of destructive bacteria.
Some. Other than basic anti-tracking add ons, Facebook Container is one, and so is Social Media Fixer, which will block whatever you tell it to on FB. I block all “suggested for you” as a keyword and it removes so much junk from FB. I have a couple more I think that help FB be more like its old self, but unfortunately I’m not home and can’t look them up right now on mobile.
This. I know FB/Meta is awful, but I have a ton of hobby and interest groups I participate in on the platform. So that’s why I stay. However, I have all sorts of browser add-ons that strip the site of all kinds of trackers, suggestions, and all sorts of annoyances. My FB is closer to FB a decade+ ago than what a “normal” user sees.
Another uber-wealthy tool like Musk that is insulated from the consequences of anything they do or say while surrounding themselves with sycophants.
You can be. Probably pretty cheaply. The problem is that there’s shareholders like you and I, then there’s Shareholders that make millions with a point or two tick up in stock value. The latter are the ones I’m referring to. You and I owning tens or a few hundred shares don’t rate.
Cost of living for the shareholders.
Yet somehow the ads usually load first and just fine.
I get a good reason to stay away from lastpass is their dealing with getting hacked. Valid. However, bitching about not getting to use all the paid features as a free user is ridiculous.
Humans write the story. Best power of them all.
Hmm…a certain author has elves running a car racing team, but that’s not an rpg.
It’s what jj122 posted… Click the link, then the link in the comment s/he linked to.
