This is an everyday reality to me. Wife is very modern looking and stand out in the crowd due ti her curly hair.
I have zero interest in fashion and cloths. I just wear a jeans and a shirt, which are usually the most common and boring type. I always wanted to blend in the crowd and disappear.
In my country the class division is strong and more visible. My overall appearance will make me look like someone with a blue collar job. We moved to a new place recently and there were several occasions where many people mistake me for a worker instead of someone living in the building.
The switch in tone and mannerism when they realise I’m living here is bloody hilarious and disturbingly sad. Rude work supervisors become instantly polite, there is ‘resident only’ lift, and the attender told me to take the other lift multiple times, and the list goes on.
I really don’t like it, not because “I” get treated like this, but people discriminate aginst workers. Now I have to live with it.
My neighbor said “I see you walking around with your daughter. And your grandkids.” my wife really liked that. Fuck that guy.
Damn that must be rough to hear. Congrats on the hot wife though. Is she single?

Classic
My wife is from Mexico and I from the US. Living in California what I really dislike is that when I’m without her, other Hispanic people assume I know no Spanish and I always feel like they think of me as some racist Trump supporter (since I’m white). But when I’m with her we’re usually conversing in both English and Spanish so I’m considered less threatening.
I also think there’s just a male/female dynamic here too. When I walk our dogs in the neighborhood almost no one bothers to greet me or make conversation but when my wife’s with me it’s like everyone wants to be best friends.
Hell yeah - good for that guy.
My wife is ~7 years younger than I am, but she’s one of those late-30’s women who looks 25. People ask me if she is my daughter.
My girlfriend told me that her co-workers told her that she deserves a “young piece of meat” when they saw me. I’m 3 years older than her.
Boy, I sure do love the rampant casual dehumanization of men by women. Who the fuck talks about other human beings like that?
Sexism in the wild…
It’s basically revenge sexisms. Women were convinced by other women who had bad experiences with men, that it is somehow ok to treat men like tools at best.
Are you a Fat Vegan?
Its a struggle having a hot wife.
Holy shit that is fucking hilarious
Well, close call here today for this multimillionaire and his lovely wife
Congratulations, I guess.
Ayy, it’s Charlie Demers. I know him from his recurring guest spots on long-running Canadian comedy podcast Stop Podcasting Yourself. Highly recommend.
Why RIP? Lucky ahh gets to go home with said wife, not the cashier. Low key just bragging. 🙄
