HDO Box, Onstream, BeeAnime are quite good. You don’t need debrid or a VPN for them as they’re not torrenting.
They are not open source though; sorry I didn’t see the sub.

I have been using Hayase for anime. Just found out they got a automatic DMCA strike on GitHub they are trying to appeal, so you can’t access the source code right now, but the downloads on their site (which links directly from GitHub) still work.
