A few days ago my wife’s phone said there was an unknown airtag with her. It turned out to be an airtag in a kids friend backpack but for once it seemed like Google was looking out for the best interest of someone. It could have easily been a stalker trying to find where we lived.
Mozilla privacy not included seems to like Garmin products. I’m sure you need to use their proprietary app but figured I’d just throw that out there
Look into next dns maybe
I could totally see them doing this
Portmaster or nextdns (or other pihole like filter) works too. I think the point is, why give your money to these companies for a shitty product if there is a viable alternative?
Ugh. Has anyone had any serious success using CAD in Linux? I used bricscad thinking it might be the answer but it’s slow. Or maybe using wine with inventor (my typical program)?
Yeah they don’t allow access from VPN unless signed in or if you replace www with old in the URL. They want to know who you are!
If you replace www with old it still works though
Accessible to everyone … Ha! Try going to Reddit with a VPN.
That’s what they want you to think. Look with your heart man, not your eyes! Uefi is clouding your mind!
I use element for work and don’t have many complaints. I miss the gifs because I’m a dork but don’t find it bloated, garbage, or unstable. I have more complaints about discord to be honest.
Ghost constantly tries to phone home I’ve noticed. Maybe for good reason but it freaked me out.
For what is worth I haven’t been able to get the storage sync to work, the VPN app isn’t as simple/fast/as easy as mullvad, proton has little support for Linux. I use proton because it works with portmaster but I’m not a huge fan of it.
