No. I assume people who get a salary get a salary. I’m not talking about hourly employees.

That’s not how it works in the US. But you could argue we aren’t a developed country anymore since Trump came into power.

Your shift doesn’t have set start and end times when you’re on salary. You might work 40 hours one week but 54 hours the next week, and maybe 34 hours another week. For the same amount of money.

Your pay doesn’t stop when you’re on salary.

Loyalty has been gone from the workplace for quite some time and if you’re loyal to where you work you’re a fool.

And also being surrounded by the millions of others suffering the same fate.

Dude, you need to go to a nice beach by a nice hotel. They have chairs set-up for you with umbrellas and someone will walk by and take your food and drink order and your food won’t have sand and the drinks will be cold and you can just walk into the hotel for any amenities and you’ll be with people who know better than to play music at the beach.
