4·2 months agoI doubt the Chinese companies will comply, even if they agree on the surface. Whoever releases the most powerful model when the truce ends, will have the advantage. If anything, research and training will continue, releases will slow down.
9·2 months agoA real life example, I know a company whose low level employees use a Dell mini pc with a custom OS whose only job is to RDP into Citrix. All the data and compute is on the cloud.
