This makes sense and is quite common for opensource businesses. They have the main product which is open then they have a business only element either a module or plugin part which is designed for businesses not gen pop and isnt open. They screwed up the delivery on here and badly communicated it but if they did it right nobody would have noticed the secrets managment part at all because they don’t use bw business.

Self hosted route would be nextcloud with lool or onlyoffice. Hosted third party solution proton or disroot both will do everything you want.

In my very limited understanding there are too many loses between material to endpoint. The old limit used to be 35% before they made new materials so maybe we can improve the potential in future.

The theoretical limit we can get out of the sun with panels is 40-45% so we are getting pretty close to that.
