So if it was just hallucinating, it did so badly.
You say that as if there’s any other way.

There are lots of competing LoRa mesh networks right now.
I mean there are 300 million Americans so…
Pretty crazy that basically every SMS app is hot garbage.
User data in SimpleLogin is encrypted and deleted after 7 days. It’s also self-hostable. Just saying.
Which I think has always been the case
Not sure what you mean. They weren’t actively pursuing that previously.
Interesting. Has it always been that way or is that a recent development?
What country are you in that requires you to register fingerprints?
How many is “multiple”? You asked for “anonymity focus”. Having 3 different accounts doesn’t solve that.
Right now I have 663 aliases. Everyone who asks me for an email address gets an alias.
Not trying to argue with you, and I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you, I just think this will better fit your needs.
It will last until GOS hopefully gets their own hardware.
This sounds like a job for email aliasing.
Depending on what that means
It means they can find out where it was purchased and by whom.
Just a regular old midrange smartphone. E.g. the original Samsung Galaxy A-series.
Still runs Android.
Some of them will, sure
All of them. Again, this is required by Android ToS.
Google is not available in China

If you’re asking this question then you’re not paying attention to what’s happening with the current US admin. We’re entering a vengeful dictatorship. Hence the name of the protest.
That burner phone can still be traced back to you.
That burner phone is likely going to require you to sign into a Google account with a phone number before it will do absolutely anything. All “feature phones” are running some form of Android, and Android requires this in their ToS.
You can:
GOS can’t stop you from volunteering your information.
People around here don’t like to promote software the doesn’t meet the OSI definition of FOSS
The vanilla apps are constantly making bloat connections. (Atleast 8k-10k on adguard app per day)
Those connections are not being made. AdGuard is blocking them and then logging them for your review. That’s it’s job.
The best way to prevent them from even trying to make these connections is to use a 3rd party app. But both companies try to stop you from doing that because they profit off of those connections.
Pretty sad that that’s necessary. I’m good with CoMaps, thanks.
I really don’t think generating a random phone number can be considered “terrifying”…
