Definitely NOT more accurate with 95% of tuners available to buy. Just simpler, dedicated UI. So yes, easier to use.

Tuners are dedicated to sell, not tune better.

That said, I’d really like a better display.

You’ve got a computer in your hand that can do millions of things. Why don’t you buy something to do one task instead of installing free software?
