Maybe but I’m not adding a /s for them
Just like YouTube. They need the ad revenue to keep all those videos saved to their servers. It’s only natural you watch a 30 second ad every 10 seconds. It isn’t enshittification because it’s a real thing that’s happening, and raw storage is expensive. They pay for it directly.
“what I thought you all had phones”
“well the kid is sold, now I just gotta sell the parents too”
I mean if you’re using their servers for all of that cloud management can you really expect them not to take a look? You can buy a router and install open source firmware that doesn’t scrub your data or keep giving money to giant corporations that put profits over customers.
Oh yeah I think that’s how I got it
Tor has (may not be available anymore) a shirt to support abortion access and it says “privacy is a human right” and it’s one of my favorite shirts
Anyone have any good ad blocking practices for this?
Don’t buy gas from places that do this. Hasn’t failed me yet and if more people did it maybe they’ll stop.
Early into my first campaign with my current group I had a similar situation. We were in our first dungeon and our group was arguing about what to do next because we’d just lost an NPC due to our stupidity (our dm actually murdered him because he didn’t like him but it was played off too well) and my character discovered the secret during their argument. So I went off on my own (usually impossible because I’m a giant mushroom but they were deep into their argument) and found the boss who just took out the NPC. I thought the description of the boss was too awesome to kill so I tried befriending him. And succeeded. He’s still an NPC in our current campaign and if he ever dies I’ll kill the whole group then myself.
It’ll prevent windows 11 from installing
That could be a lot of fun. Multiple units are named after tribes so apache could give you a helicopter or an entire company of recon marines
Crazy how Phil managed to talk them into doing a feature film length skit just to get his head blown off
My phone number is registered to my phone carrier under my real name. My username is not. Unless I’ve misunderstood the question.
I love you so much right now
I wondered off on my own while my party argued over something and stumbled upon a room occupied by a dog like creature that eats pretty much anything with a heartbeat. I thought he was cute so instead of preparing for battle I prepared for scritches. When I rolled a 20 I think my dm got excited because it’s my pet now and he can talk.
I need this but instead of “paladin in full armor” I need “Zireael”
needs to be a bit more polish for non technical users
There’s a curve to this. If they’re non technical enough, learning to use Linux for browsing Facebook is just as easy as learning windows. I’ve switched a handful of my older customers to Linux and they’re my least needy customers now.
It depends on a lot of things. Typically you don’t want to use “outside” knowledge. So if you and the group are bullshitting before the session and you learn your paladin has high af perception you’d try not to let that knowledge bleed over into your character. But if it naturally comes up in the game “my paladin keeps passing perception checks that I keep failing” it’d be similar to noticing you have a really perceptive friend and you begin to trust their instincts a bit more and more.
Had a puzzle thrown at me by my DM this weekend.
He admitted it was written by ai. I did not guess correctly.
