  • Hasn’t helped most of them in western Europe though, in a lot of elementary schools they now teach about basic computer skills like how folders work (and they spend weeks on that).

    It’s never been about a specific company or anything, it’s just that more people are using computers and don’t actually have to learn anything to use them.

    The generalization is odd, but they don’t want to download another app either. I really hope federation and such is the future just for things like this alone.

    There’s no bitterness going on here, it’s probably easy to generalize the people who use Facebook apps especially when they instantly come back saying X app sucks in a rude way.
