I’m proud of it! That huge bag is full of high level spells, sneak attacks, and brutal criticals. Way more satisfying to roll it all at once.

The crow raccoons would have an INT of 4 and be a force to be reckoned with. They’d to be goblins what goblins are to us.
Last night we solved a puzzle by mistaking a key component for a dungeon restroom.
My simplified description: a TTRPG where retcons are a spendable resource.
No cover, and attacks against you have advantage.
When you’ve been in the middle of nowhere and leveling up is your main source of new spells, it’s super helpful.
One house rule my group does sometimes its that you can only grant advantage on skill checks with the Help action if both characters are proficient. The DM can just adjust DCs behind the screen.
Except the one thing that stops every party: a simple puzzle intended for children.
No wonder NIN is so good
It worked out great for me, now my daughter and I are players in my wife’s game. Also we play D&D!
Magic items that are more useful for the beginners. So in this case… magic weapons that aren’t monk weapons, spell scrolls, holy water, armor, etc.
Thus begins the Mortal Engines campaign

And when it’s cool and ready
Min damage all damn day
So you’re saying, it’s easy if you try? ;-)
One of my characters got this recently after losing a leg in a duel. Everybody was making so many inappropriate wheelchair jokes that the DM allowed me to graft on a half-dragon’s leg, somehow. It’s a real shame because before the overpowered wheelchair I was interested in role-playing the disability seriously.
Sadly, it’s easier to imagine a world with literal magic than one without brutal inequality.
Heat metal
Since the result will be generally a high roll, you’ll proc the defense more often if you keep the target AC low - a d10 roll of 1.
So if you’ve normally got an AC of 15, then you’ll want a target AC of 15+1+5=21, which nearly everything can hit.
Most of my characters don’t actually want to kill anyone - they’re trying to save the world, or spread the light of Pelor, or get rich. I try this all the time, especially once the outcome of the fight is clear.
