And not just law either. When a team makes a game I want them to get paid, that is how they are making a living and it supports making more games.
I think it boils down to whatever data Amazon shares with Epic by linking the accounts. I’m not sure how you would find out what data is shared. But I would assume that Epic is paying Amazon something for the data. Somebody is paying and you are the merchandise.
I think that’s entirely completely reasonable.
Yeah Smarttube has quit working several times lately and they have released updates. Google is messing with things.
Honestly no idea why they didn’t just do that to begin with.
If anyone creates accounts for this BS at least use fake information. Write the fake info down in case you need it in the future. But they have no way to know it’s fake.
Still tricky if you run a public facing site, there are constant crawlers and bots and any of those could be feeding AI.
Yeah there’s that, and the fact that you have no control over how much the bill will be each renewal period. Those two things kept me off the cloud for anything important.

I’m assuming least some of the ad revenue would go to the station owner. But I bet it often turns out to be less money than they had expected.
If the mute button doesn’t work I just go to other stations next time. Some of the gas stations around here have gotten rid of the ads.
You can block all the porn games, I can’t remember the last time I saw one. Add games you’re interested in to your wishlist and you will see more games like that when you open Steam.
