1·2 years agoIt’s a classic for a reason! I don’t think many modern movies capture the same style of humor, but I second Life of Brian.
They’re not British, but if you haven’t seen all the Mel Brooks classics, I consider them close enough too.
I wonder if DMs start as the first and slowly transition into the second one.

Once I was high level enough to solo it, I would offer to run groups of low-level gnomes through Deadmines. But only gnomes. The reactions were priceless.
