I forgot my minis for a session one day, but remembered to bring the Werther’s originals. So we used soda tabs, beer caps, and Werther’s for minis that day.

My characters almost always gain 90% of their trauma from the adventure itself.
Gonna be doing a star wars campaign and so far the only thing I know about my character is that it’s gonna be 3 pit droids in a trenchcoat and that shenanigans will ensure, but I won’t intentionally break the game.
I’m not an experienced DM, but am experienced player. Just started DMing a campaign for a group of new/relatively new players and it’s incredible. They’re having a blast and getting so into it. I’ve only DM’d a few times before, so this is my first time running a full campaign. A couple know just enough to help the others with basic gameplay and I help with mechanics and stuff if need be. They’re not problematic at all and actually have a very good party dynamic going. Can’t wait to see how they progress.
Gonna be playing a character straight from Lovecraft lore in a ttrpg my friend is developing. Totally gotta give her an accent
I don’t like 5e familiars because they feel disposable. We use 3.5 familiars and it’s dope lol
I’m playing a human wizard and for like 70% of the campaign, I was working with 2 spell slots constantly being used. One for dark vision and one for mage armor. Now I can cast mage armor without using a slot, so I’m only down one slot when we are traveling through the underdark. We have plenty of light sources, but we don’t use them because we don’t want to draw attention to ourselves.
I’ve been running on an average of 2 hrs of sleep a night for almost 3 months now and I feel like I’m going to die. I broke my ankle/leg real bad in October and had to have surgery to fix it. I’ve been staying with my parents the whole time and I just cannot sleep because of the pain, and the fact I want to be at my home in my own bed
I’ve always wanted to have a DND character that’s an armless monk and all they do is kick bad guys to death.
I’m playing a wizard who had a great life but was fascinated by the Underdark and wanted to go there. Everything was fine until she started adventuring lol.
I only have like 10 minis and the party I DM for is 5 people, so I use a lot of random stuff as minis. I’m slowly building a collection, but it’s expensive lol
