These investment ideas aren’t new. This information has been available publicly for a long time. It doesn’t give you any benefits above a normal index fund.

You don’t seem to understand what is required of whom. Corporations are required to act in the best interests of their shareholders (within the bounds of the law) or the shareholders can sue the company.

People are not legally required to do anything but they will be fired if they don’t. If someone says something that makes a company look bad to their customers, they kinda need to be fired. Otherwise keeping them on may be detrimental to the interests of the investors.

A nuclear plant can’t “produce 24/7 regardless of conditions”. Obviously natural disasters affect them. Nuclear plants need water so any flooding or tsunami can affect them. They also need maintenance because they are very complicated water boilers.

They require a lot of educated people to run them, whereas a wind turbine requires a few guys to check on them sometimes. Solar just requires some dudes to brush off the panels occasionally. That can probably be automated too.

That’s not true. Corporations can’t commit crimes because they are just legal entities. People commit crimes.

Your main issue is that many things that you think are crimes (dumping waste, not paying employees, stiffing suppliers, accidents) are not crimes. They are civil or regulatory issues. If you care, you should pick one and lobby your state to make it a crime.

If the app sucks, few people will add the screenshots. Therefore, most apps without screenshots will suck. So new apps will need the developer to add screenshots, or people will assume it sucks.

And we’re back to square one. The developer has extra responsibility to highlight the features.
