This looks like ransomware though, not phishing, so there’s no need to make up a dumb story at that point. They already got their victim, so it would be better to just ask for the money straight up without obvious errors or vague threats.
Also lol I doubt I would even care if I got ransomware on my phone, I’ll just reset to factory defaults or flash the BIOS.
