Im still figuring out what to do with it, but for now just file backup and maybe a minecraft server or something. It’d also be neat to host my own fedi instance or website. I’m largely doing this as a learning experience, and I’m not even sure what all i can do with a home server.

I know you can pretty much use any OS, but I’d rather start with something with more capabilities rather than have to switch the OS after setting up a bunch of stuff

There was a player in my group who’s character name and real name were fairly similar, so I ended up calling him his character’s name a lot. Now he has a new character and I keep calling him by the old character’s name by mistake

He was finally able to pass his saving throw for the laughter… just for it to be recast a turn or 2 later

Number 1: my barbarian idea was just “funny Russian man with pet bear”, who dual weilds a hammer and sickle. I chose totem barbarian with a bear totem, and little did I realize that would make me practically invincible

Was fighting a very very big enemy who could attack with claws, tail, and bite. When I (barbarian fighter) got bit, I didn’t even try to escape since it seemed safer inside. I ended up having to do enough damage before the creature realized I was a very spicey snack and threw me up
