I bought 5 things from a seller on ebay and for some reason they decided to send them in individual packages. All 5 arrived at the depot, 20 minutes from my house at the same time and they then sat there for a week. I then proceeded to have 1 arrive per day over 5 days.

We can’t keep overclocking a brain

The last 60,000 years of human ingenuity and creativity would prove that to be demonstrably false. The problem isn’t how much we have to process but what we’re being forced to by modern life.

I mean actual wasabi isn’t that “hot”, the majority of what is called wasabi, outside Japan is horseradish which is a lot “hotter”. Wasabi is also eaten in incredibly small amounts to season the food rather than provide a dominant flavour.

Traditional Japanese food has almost no heat at all, short hop to Korea though where they love very spicy food.

So the opposite of never measuring anything!
