Open Source@lemmy.ml•Something like mIRC? If I was to describe it would basically be Discord or [matrix], but I want it more casual - no need for acc, just click a link you are in a chat room

Scunthorpe?
I think he’s being way too dismissive of a fantastic show (dismissing it as just a children’s show is definitely not respecting the people who did find it deeply meaningful), but it’s not going to resonate with everybody - I’m sure he’s seen clips of Iroh’s scenes and if that doesn’t sell it to someone the show probably isn’t for them.
… And I thought Korra was for the most part the better show, lol.

14·1 year agoNo, actually, but general cultural awareness is really only those two, and maybe iffy on Pathfinder, and given the popularity of Stranger Things, D&D had a lot of mainstream attention, and Pathfinder is arguably a better place to start for newbies interested due to Stranger Things. As far as I understand. I’ve never actually played either D&D or Pathfinder, but I have been in Vampire the Masquerade and Serenity tabletop groups.
Knowing D&D people, it’s usually both.
I really should find a local tabletop group.

I’m like 28 hours into my GrapheneOS phone experience (I’ve used it almost daily for a couple months on a tablet but that’s been mostly NewPipe), and so far my banks’ app works (I should report that to the compatibility list, it’s not currently in there), along with basically everything else I used. If anything most of the weirdness seems to come from the jump from Android 12 to 17, and transferring data from apps that are mostly if not entirely on device. (KDE Connect is the goat yet again, extremely helpful here too)
