This right here. We need to do the right thing over and over again, because once it passes it’s done.

I feel there’s inflation over the word ‘partners’
It’s about exploitive behavior. Note that your example, valve, hasn’t been sued successfully about monopolistic behaviour as they don’t try to shut down competition, they just remain better than their competition, which is how it’s supposed to work.
But shitty businesses who lose customers start interfering in the ability of others to compete with them. F.i. Google cutting a deal with Reddit to be the only search engine to index the site.
I’d recommend having a tag set up for Google forwarded mail in your new account, so you can change addresses of people/companies that still use your old email address.
I wouldn’t mind the slightly longer answer if you can spare the time
Thnx!
I’m on the same boat. Used some launchers and finally settled on lawnchair, it best suits my vanilla preferences
Well I’m not saying that the one privacy protections of the EU were the main reason for Brexit, but I’m sure that the Tories didn’t mind not longer having to abide by them
Brexit was al about money for the NHS…

I do not disturb that in any way, just clarified the verdict from Dutch
If you read the verdict it says: maximum privacy combined with optimal obfuscation techniques. This implies that the sole role of the software is money laundering. The striving for privacy itself is not in question.
Yeah, it wasn’t really a serious idea, however if the crazy gets moderated by a sane and respected member of the community, that speaks about the virtue of solidarity and gives aid to the crazy ones (the way religion used to be, where I’m from)…
Im still staunchly against it, but people ‘doing their own research’ had to learn to read first, that’s preferable.
I’m beginning to think that organized religion as opiate for the people was not as bad as an idea as I once thought.
Oh I’s been a while. My clan hosted our own mumble server, back in the day. Didn’t know there was a lot of public ones nowadays…
… Ok I’ll let you have that ‘technical correct’ smug satisfaction, you bastard.
Mumble needs a server, iirc
Edit to be more precise, it needs you to host a server of your own
In neo store it allowed me to install the Izzy version, which lets me select multiple sources. It’s weird not to have that in every install, though
I’ll try the neo store version later and see if it differs somehow. In the documentation there’s some take about ‘flavors’ of the same app, which is a bit bizarre imho.
I have the exact same setup
