I initially had some trouble getting streamed games to use the integrated gpu while the server was headless. I’ve heard you can use a dummy plug into one of the hdmi ports, but I found that using “xrdp” as the remote desktop client works as well. I hope sharing this might save you the hassle evetually.

Tailscale is good because it never breaks if your ISP switches your home IP on you. The only downside is that some public or corporate wifi networks will block the official Tailscale servers

For Jellyfin? You really don’t need much. A raspberry pi can run jellyfin if you don’t have a transcoded format. My main server is only using a 6th gen i3, and Jellyfin runs perfectly for everything. Never tried going above 1080p though.
Another glorious day of not having to worry about my nice and stable Debian server. It runs on an old Dell thin client I got on ebay, which isn’t much, but it gets the job done.
Tons of fundamental particles were merely hypothesized until people actually built particle accelerators large enough to detect them. Theories are how scientists puzzle out what’s worth exploring next. (See the eightfold way )
The reason particle physics might seem to be moving slower than it used to is just because we’ve found all the “easy” stuff. The more elusive particles are going to be a lot trickier to wrangle.
